Slavik was a breeze to work with! Some things that we found to be important to us were communication, timeliness, and willingness to drive all areas of Charlotte (seriously, Huntersv ille to Matthews Creek to Belmont, this man drove to help us find the right place!). Something else that might be of consideration was his interactions with other realtors. When talking with selling agents he knew the right questions, concerns to have, and negotiations to bring to the table. As first-time home buyers, this was a blessing for us as we learned the ropes! Tanya is a great realtor. She helped me through the process of selling my house, stayed on top of things, and made sure everything went smoothly. She is very responsive and was in constant contact with me via phone and text whenever I had questions. She was also great about dealing with any issues that came up during the process. I highly recommend her as she made this already stressful process a whole lot easier.
Where do I start? Christina made finding a home a simple process. From the time she introduced herself to me right up until I signed my closing documents, Christina was there to help me whenever I needed her. She listened to me and provided insight that I did not have. I never felt rushed or like she didn’t have time for me and I was always comfortable shooting her a question or request whenever I had one.
